Customer Experience Intern
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the Global Customer Experience Team in a fast-paced, innovative organization within a dynamic industry.
Based in The Hague, The Netherlands, you will play an important role in enhancing our understanding of customer interactions and improving the overall customer journey. Your primary responsibility will be to map out all customer touchpoints across the organization and visually represent them in a clear, innovative, and design-forward manner.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer Touchpoint Mapping: Identify and document every interaction a customer has with the company, from initial contact through to post-purchase support. Create visually appealing and easy-to-understand representations of the customer journey
- Customer Research: Assist in conducting qualitative and quantitative research to gather insights into customer behaviors, preferences, and pain points
- Data Analysis: Use data analytics tools to analyze customer interactions and identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and many other teams to ensure accurate mapping and representation of customer touchpoints
- Reporting and Presentation: Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience
YOUR PROFILE
1.You must have
- Currently studying Business / Marketing / Engineering / Psychology / Information Technology / Communications at a Bachelor’s or Master’s level
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Comfortable reaching out to new people at all levels of the organisation to gather information and insights
- Possesses a good sense of office diplomacy and politeness, enabling smooth navigation through various organiational dynamics
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design
- Able to work in The Netherlands(citizenship or valid work permit for The Netherlands)
- Fluency in spoken and written English
2. It would be nice if you had
- Experience with Design Tools
- Knowledge of Customer Experience (CX) Principles
- Additional languages considered an asset
