ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the Order to Cash department specifically in the billing/revenue team in a fast-paced, growing organization within a dynamic industry. Based in The Hague, you will contribute to the process of customer invoicing, contractual and data maintenance and customer care
RESPONSIBILITIES
After a period of training and familiarisation with billing tools and processes a series of important tasks will be performed. Familiarization with the corporate structure of SES Finance, internal policies, and procedures. Introduction to various stakeholders interfacing with billing activities (credit and collection, revenue recognition, tax department, CAM, etc)
Among others, this is a summary of main activities to be performed:
Your responsiblities include, but are not limited to:
- Check billing relevant information on the billing tools (D365 and Satbill). Assist with the check list files preparation.
- Prepare billing overviews, compile copies of billing documents as required by other departments (for instance: copy of Nigerian invoices for TAX , copy of Brazilian invoices for cash repatriation, etc)
- Update billing information in D365: customer (billing) addresses, etc
- Assisting with internal controls for billing, like invoices sent to customers, customer queries, etc
- Maintain records for invoice disputes on the SAP dedicated module
- Respond to customer queries on various jurisdictions
YOUR PROFILE
1. You must
- Currently be a student in Business Management, Finance/Economics, or any other relevant area
- Strong interest in working in the finance department of satellite communications in particular
- Strong excel and other Ms applications literacy
- Fluency in English with strong writing skills; other language skills considered an asset;
- EU-nationality or work permit for The Netherlands.
