Processes & Policies Analyst Intern

ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a student to join us for a 6-month internship to support the Transformation Office. The incumbent’s responsibility will be centered around consolidating, updating, and documenting processes, and policies to help setup the governance of such information across SES in collaboration with other team members of the Transformation Office. This role is crucial to enable company-wide standardisation of policies, process, and related best practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Your responsiblities include, but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with BPM colleagues and other departments to create and maintain an inventory of all existing policies and processes across SES
- Support in the migration of old process information into the new Process Collaboration Hub
- Create and maintain training material to onboard other stakeholders of the organisation in the Process Collaboration Hub
- Collaborate with other departments to standardise policies, and make them compliant with the new “policy of policies”
- Support on ensure that companywide policies and procedures are correctly linked and maintained within the Process Collaboration Hub
- Troubleshoot and maintain the team’s tools such as the Business Glossary, Process Collaboration Hub, and Document Management System
COMPETENCIES
YOUR PROFILE
1. You must
- Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant field
- Good experience understanding and navigating new systems/tools
- Have process modelling skills
- Have strong analytical skills
2. It would be nice if you had
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively
- Continuous learner
