Internship - Reporting and Integration

ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
6-month internship, starting as soon as possible.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the Sports&Events team in a fast-paced, growing organization within a dynamic industry.
Based in The Hague, Netherlands, you will contribute to evaluate our client base, track key information across multiple systems, update data bases and create new reports helping to create successful client journeys and flag bottlenecks in processes.

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work together with the Project Management and Sales teams on the customer onboarding process in the CRM;
  • Create “how to’s” and document existing internal flows, while creating efficiencies;
  • Analyze and reported on key trends in the Sports market;
  • Assist in developing data-driven customer insights;
  • Improve and update internal databases and dashboards;
  • Provide other ad-hoc support for various internal stakeholders from corporate functions and Sports & Event business unit.

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Current student in Business, Finance/Economics, Information Technology or in a relevant area;
  • Strong interest in the global technology, media, and telecom business and Sports in particular;
  • Very strong computer literacy (MS PowerPoint, Excel, Access); knowledge of MS Power BI and/or other data visualization software considered a big plus;
  • Fluency in spoken and written English with additional languages considered an asset;
  • EU-citizens or work permit for The Netherlands.
