6-month internship, starting in October/December 2021

Based in The Hague (Netherlands), you will contribute to SES’ global customer experience (CX) team by working both with the team on large projects, and handling your own assignments and initiatives to improve the internal communication around customer experience company-wide. With four CX professionals by your side, you will get hands-on experience in what this exciting field entails. Through your daily work you will not only learn about CX, but also get the opportunity to work with other departments, expanding your network and knowledge in different contexts.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Shadowing SES’ global customer experience team in their daily work: 
    • Support customer research (both qualitative and quantitative)
    • Support (continuous) improvement projects across the organization
    • Support in the creation of Customer Journey Maps and CX documentation
  • Improving the internal communication around customer experience. We would love to see an enhanced MS SharePoint page and assets, like short video clips about Customer Experience. But you are not limited to this alone, you can consider taking up initiatives like building a CX community or starting an ambassador program. We look forward to learning from your own creative skills and ideas around this topic.

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Being a current and advanced student in Marketing or Communication, or proven strong affinity in these topics
  • Strong interest in the media/(satellite)telecommunication business
  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word
  • Experience in producing and editing marketing and communication campaigns incl. video
  • Curious and a fast learner
  • Creative, able to self-start and work autonomously
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • EU-nationality or work permit for The Netherlands
