Role description summary

 

HD+ a wholly-owned subsidiary of SES is a B2C platform selling an encrypted package of 24 TV in HD and 2 in UHD directly to end-users. The HD+ service costs 5,75€ / month or 70€ annually.

 

This position reports to the team leader of Logistics & 3rd level Support and is responsible for the control of the logistics chain for HD+ goods, including replenishment and post-production, delivery to B2C and B2B customers, inventory management, billing according to the delivery, return management and 3rd level trouble-shooting management.

Extended Job Description:

 

 

Primary responsibilities / Key result areas

  • Analyze exceptional customer problems, find satisfactory solutions, communicate with the development departments of the responsible systems and processes, and ensure optimized workflows
  • Monitor the daily and monthly bill runs to B2C and B2B customers
  • Provide support to sales, marketing and customer care in cases of sales or marketing projects, B2C or B2B customer campaigns/mailings or complex or unusual customer problems
  • Manage the logistics partner regarding storage, delivery, return management and billing of HD+ products
  • Schedule the replenishment and post-production of HD+ products (HD+ Smartcard, HD+ Module, HD+ TVKey and over a hundred different promotional materials)
  • Verify the quality of outgoing products, to meet the internal standards
  • Develop logistic processes and specify relevant change requests
  • Coordinate the HD+ Smartcard and Modul deliveries to manufacturer and business partner and to ensure the return management
  • Perform the inventory management including the report to the finance department

  • Ability to work independently and in a pro-active manner and at the same time being an excellent team player
  • Ability to control and monitor external service providers
  • Well-organized and efficient working style
  • Excellent communications skills – oral and in writing
  • Fluency in German and English

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor or vocational training with degree in commercial business, logistics or any other related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in in organize logistic processes, inventory management, production of technical products and managing 3rd level support for B2B and B2C customer.
  • Strong experience in national and international B2C and B2B customer relations
