Specialist, Customer Service (limited contract for at least six months)

ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

This role serves as a point of contact for our customers and management. You are responsible for the Customer and for all inquiries of our B2B customers. In addition, you are the main communication Layer between the customer and the operations related departments for the day to day work.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY RESULT AREAS

  • Communication and control of customer expectations
  • First level support for customer
  • Continuous internal coordination to improve customer processes
  • Playout schedule and content review on a daily basis
  • Connection between Customer and Engineering team, CSM and Content management
  • Collaboration in internal and external projects
  • Administration and coordination Maintenance portal

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Ideally completed technical vocational training in the media sector
  • One year working experience in Operations
  • Technical oriented, (video, audio, specifications, transcoding, VOD)
  • Fluent English, verbal and writing
  • Experience in a customer facing and service role
