Specialist, Business Application Management HD PLUS

This position holder reports directly to the Head of CRM and oversees the implementation, use and development of the B2C business software applications in HD+ systems and processes. Together with the support of the team, the person also controls and manages external IT service providers and checks and evaluates their solution concepts. 

You will be responsible for (this is not an exhaustive list):
•    Operation and development of the CRM system to optimally support business processes 
•    Cooperation with business process managers, advice and joint coordination as well as prioritization of requirements testing and acceptance
•    Project management for application optimization and migration projects including control of external service providers
•    Requirements analysis, monitoring and optimization of the existing system landscape, applications, processes and methods
•    Ensuring division-wide coordination of all change, error and requirement reports for the applications responsible


1. You must have 
•    Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science, or re-lated field.
•    At least 3+ years of working experience in one or multiple IT areas.
•    Proven experience in process design and thinking.
•    Proven experience in IT focused managed services delivery with both on and offshore resources.
•    Experience in B2C applications and reliable knowledge of handling CRM systems


2. It would be nice if you had

•    Previous project management experience is advantageous
•    Knowledge of managed service delivery: Datacenter infrastructure, Cloud, Networking, Application Devel-opment, Application Management etc.
•    Knowledge and experience of Agile methodologies e.g. Scrum, Kanban
•    Know-how in Atlassian Confluence, JIRA would be beneficial.
•    High level of written and spoken German
