Marketing Manager

  • Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, the Marketing Manager is primarily responsible to generate revenue by increasing sales and avoiding churn through successful marketing campaigns for the entire organization
  • By implementing the marketing strategy and planning, the role enhances brand visibility and brand awareness through continuous brand management
  • The role ensures that corporate messages are distributed across all channels and segments for which it is responsible by overseeing the planning, development, budgeting, organizing, implementation and performance of all marketing functions


Extended Job Description:




  • Responsible for 2-3 marketing segments for B2C and B2B, e.g. product marketing, partner marketing, print campaigns, retail marketing, fairs&events, social media:
    • Listen to the trends of the market and direct the market measures accordingly
    • Positioning the company communication along with the defined company’s brand values
    • Define marketing strategies and objectives for the responsible segments
    • Develop a feasible marketing plan for the responsible marketing projects and oversee their implementation
    • Design and coordinate promotional measures across their responsibilities
    • Report the outcomes of marketing campaigns
    • Responsible for planning, allocation and control the marketing project budgets in accordance with the overall marketing budget
    • Lead highly efficient small project team across the company (e.g. marketing, sales, PR, product management, customer care, legal)
    • Brief and lead external marketing agencies
  • Support of the head of marketing and the marketing team in the implementation of 360-degree marketing campaigns



  • Demonstrable experience in leading and motivating project teams
  • Highly developed communication skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to work across functional boundaries to maximize overall business objectives
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Sense of accountability for areas of responsibility, combined with an ability to anticipate issues and manage risks
  • Experience in budget management and control

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience with multinational companies in a responsible marketing role in the broadcast or telecommunications industry
  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or equivalent, other post-graduate marketing qualifications are an advantage
  • Demonstrable skills in developing efficient strategies and plans for all marketing aspects
  • Outstanding experience in marketing planning, budgeting and implementation – can demonstrate strong project management skills
  • A project leader with both superb creative and analytical skills
  • Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities
  • Willingness to travel
