Internship - HR

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the Human Resources-Team in a fast-paced, global organization within an innovative and unique industry. Based in Unterföhring (near Munich), you will support the Human Resources-Team in an international environment. Minimum 6-month internship, a soon as possible.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Research activities and taking over own projects on different HR related topics as well as the presentation of results
•    Active support of the HC Business Partners regarding all topics of operational and strategic HR 
•    Collaboration with adjoining (international) HR areas, such as administration, recruiting, and staff development as well as local departments (eg.: marketing)
•    Collaboration in the further development and documentation of existing personnel processes
•    Support on recruitment and onboarding process
•    Support on local employer branding topics

 

YOUR PROFILE
•    Current Bachelor or Master’s student in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources Management or other relevant areas
•    First experience focused on general HR and/or employer branding topics in a business context
•    High level of accuracy and attention to detail
•    Ability to handle sensitive matters and maintain confidentiality
•    Work in a collaborative environment
•    Fluency in spoken and written German and English
