ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The business process manager evaluates, designs, executes, measures, monitors and controls B2C business processes. As a know-how carrier about the end2end business processes, interfaces and process interactions, the responsible person ensures that business process outcomes are in harmony with an organization’s strategic goals. In addition, the person is responsible for requirements and stakeholder management, including finding solutions in the event of conflicts and evaluating technical process changes and requirements from an end2end perspective with a focus on process reliability, customer satisfaction and profitability.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY RESULT AREAS

  • Coordinate and define necessary process requirements in the context of B2C
  • Analyze existing processes and make best practice recommendations to streamline the overall customer operations processes within the company
  • Works closely with the IT, Finance, Customer Care, Product, and Sales & Marketing teams to drive consistent methodology, to ensure standardization of processes to provide sound foundations for future improvements
  • Review and prioritize enhancement requests and serve as business lead for release management process (including UAT/testing oversight and closely working with IT to plan and execute releases)
  • Ensure sales and marketing data, systems and processes are GDPR compliant.
  • Establish measures and metrics for optimization, data quality and insights
  • Create reports to assess data quality and work cross-functionally to close gaps in data
  • Close cooperation with external service providers

 

COMPETENCIES

  • A very good understanding of technical and operational relationships, ideally with experience in the Pay-TV or telecommunication environment
  • Able to identify and create processes to follow/trigger business objectives/innovations
  • Courage to challenge the status quo when logic and reason require it
  • Solution oriented, proactive, and analytical with a focus on delivering results
  • Enjoy communicating with teams and able to manage several stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on finance and underlying commercial processes
  • 3+ years of working experience in process management and methodologies such as lean, agile, design thinking or business process modelling
