Primary Responsibilities/Key Result Areas:

  • Be the trusted adviser, who partners with business functions to understand their current and longer term strategic skill requirements
  • Actively build and maintain excellent relationships with candidates, colleagues and business leaders
  • Select the best talent and look at the bigger picture, beyond the specific requisition you are filling to reallocate potential fit in other areas of the business
  • Provide an amazing candidate experience as this is the most critical aspect of effective talent acquisition
  • Are a hunter by nature and go the extra mile to source and engage with great people
  • Understand how a global company operates and how you personally contribute to its success and the achievement of strategic objectives
  • Be the ambassador for the company brand and culture and you instinctively sell opportunities for candidates to join an employer of choice

 

Who We Are Looking For (More About You):

In order to achieve the outcomes described above, we believe you will be able to demonstrate some or all of the following:

 

Preferred Education & Experience (a combination of education and experience will be considered):

  • Minimum of five years relevant inhouse recruitment experience in the technology industry
  • Track record as a skilled and intuitive interviewer able to support multiple business functions
  • Natural networker with the adaptability to collaborate effectively and at ease employees at all levels
  • Have an engaging personality, a passion for the art of recruiting,
  • Proven experience working in an international environment
  • Proactive, quick thinker
  • Able to work on pressure and have the tenacity to completely own the hiring process and candidate experience
  • Experience working with different ATS systems
  • Skilled sourcer
  • Excellent level of English, additional languages would be preferable
  • Ability to legally work in the United States
