In this role you will work together with other colleagues in the TA team to coordinate a smooth recruitment process and ensure candidates across the globe have great experience. In addition, you will be responsible for managing the internship program for the Americas region, ensuring an enriching learning experience for students within SES and helping build the foundation for future talent needs.

Extended Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment coordination: Provide support to the in-house Talent Acquisition team by helping coordinate ongoing recruitment process
    • Provide professional interface between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers and Human Capital Business Partners, including scheduling of interviews across multiple time zones, processing travel and expenses for candidates, etc.
    • Updating and monitoring of Applicant Tracking System (currently SAP Success Factors)
    • Coordination of external job postings across social media and other platforms
    • Support in-house Recruiters and HC Business Partners in contract and offer preparation and sending
    • Support Recruiters with first stage profile screening and searching/ sourcing candidates
  • Management of Internship program in Americas
    • Fully manage end-to-end recruitment process for interns (defining needs with hiring manager, publishing adverts, screening and selecting candidates, interviewing, closing contracts)
    • Identify and coordinate relationship with universities and other channels though which we can attract candidates for open internships and/or entry-level roles
    • HR responsible for interns while with SES, ensure a successful onboarding (including payroll set-up with external vendor, facilitate new intern orientation sessions), check-ins during the program, provide HC support and answer questions are needed, manage departure process, etc.
    • Manage internal events dedicate to interns: capstone project, intern day (July), etc.
    • Measure and provide analysis of success of internship program (e.g. number of interns during the year, number of interns hired in permanent roles, satisfaction rate from interns & managers, etc.) and provide suggestions for improving the program
    • Coordinate and align Americas Internship program with Europe Internship program in order to provide consistency and leverage best practices

  • Able to successfully work in a fast-paced office environment
  • Pro-active by nature, able to anticipate and solve problems

 

Education/Qualification & Experience (a combination of education and experience will be considered):

  • College degree within Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Studies or related filed
  • 1-3 years’ experience in Recruiting Coordinator, admin or HR-related role (internships and summer jobs considered)
  • Previous experience with Applicant Tracking System (e.g. Success Factors) is beneficial
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience of supporting a team in a fast-paced environment would be an asset.
  • Previous exerience in coordinating internships and/or workplace learning opportunities for students is beneficial
