We’re looking for a Global Customer Operations Specialist to join our team in Chennai and play a key role in supporting customers across a global, 24x7 operations environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical troubleshooting with customer interaction and wants to build deeper expertise in satellite communications.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

• Handle customer calls and technical requests in English
• Support satellite access and antenna testing activities
• Use web-based applications and operational tools to manage customer requests
• Verify network connectivity and assist with identifying potential network interference
• Troubleshoot customer-impacting technical issues and coordinate with internal NOC teams when escalation is required
• Ensure customer requests are handled within defined service levels and turnaround times
• Maintain accurate records and data across operational systems
• Build strong, professional relationships with customers
• Work closely with customers, vendors and multiple technical teams to resolve issues
• Stay current with new technologies, tools and operational processes
• Contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced and continuously evolving environment

🛰️ What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone with a combination of technical expertise, customer focus and problem-solving ability.

Required:
✔️ 2–4 years of experience in Satellite Communications
✔️ Understanding of RF Technology
✔️ 1–2 years of customer service experience or equivalent relevant experience
✔️ Strong aptitude for Networking and Technical Troubleshooting
✔️ Strong problem analysis and resolution skills
✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✔️ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a time-sensitive environment
✔️ Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills
✔️ Comfortable working in a 24x7 environment with rotating shifts
