Senior Coordinator, Material Master Data

ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:

The Senior Coordinator job is responsible for the integrity and accuracy of all material master data which is created and maintained to be used for reselling purposes to the customers. It’s mainly the customer terminal equipment, complimentary services such as software, licenses etc. and any additional equip-ment that requires to support the solution. The equipment/services are procured externally and hence the person is required to maintain the data according to the latest framework agreement and/or quotes (also contacting the vendor and requesting the recent/missing data is part of the scope of this job).

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY RESULT AREAS:

• Ensures material master data integrity in key systems (SAP & MSD 365) and to deliver high quality data
• Assists with identifying and resolving discrepancies through appropriate choice of error detection & correction, process improvement and process control
• Ensures the quality of material master data by working together with different internal stakeholders such as demand & planning team, product team, compliance team, regional logistics managers, ware-house team, finance team etc. 
• Takes initiatives to improve the processes & work together with ERP team to test, validate & implement the solution(s)
• Maintain good relationship with the vendor while requesting for additional/recent information on equip-ment/services 
• Analyzes & provides reports to both, internal stakeholders & external stakeholders 
• Ensures the data accuracy & alignment in both systems; SAP & MSD 365
• Assist in raising, testing & validating change requests affecting the Material Master Data

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or in similar field required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience required in the field of Master Data Management
• Basic knowledge of SAP or any other ERP software 
• Fluency in spoken and written English 
• Proficiency in Microsoft office suite specifically Excel is a must

• Proficiency in working with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies and communicating updates clearly to stakeholders.
• Advanced knowledge of data management systems, ERP platforms, and data quality tools to stream-line data entry, validation, and maintenance processes
