(Senior) Manager, Quality Assurance
ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The QA Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating and overseeing end-to-end test activities, developing test strategies, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. The role requires deep expertise in QA methodologies and excellent leadership and coordination skills to drive team performance and collaboration across cross-functional and external teams. Team coordination and planning are parts of the role, ensuring smooth communication, effective guidance, and alignment with project goals.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY RESULT AREAS
- Coordinate and execute test activities, including functional, regression, performance, and end-to-end testing.
- Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, including planning and execution of end-to-end test activities.
- Leverage TOSCA test suite for test automation and management.
- Document test plans, results, and processes; prepare and deliver presentations and reports to management and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with external test teams to ensure alignment and integration of testing efforts.
- Support team members in aligning daily efforts toward project objectives, tracking progress, and removing blockers.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Continuously improve QA processes and methodologies, including the adoption of AI-driven testing techniques.
- Perform other tasks as required.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of proven experience as a QA Test Lead or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with TOSCA test suite for test automation and management is highly desirable.
- TOSCA certification (e.g., Tricentis Certified Practitioner or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience with test case creation, execution, and defect tracking.
- Experience in running testing planning meetings, defect triage, testing entry/exit gateways, and t closure meetings.
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Deep understanding of Agile software development methodology and Azure DevOps.
- Certification in QA or software testing (e.g., ISTQB).
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines is a plus.
- Experience with AI technologies and their application in quality assurance processes is a plus.
- Experience in the telecommunication field is highly desirable.
- Experience with AI-driven testing tools and integrating AI solutions into existing frameworks.
- Experience with Amdocs products is a plus.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
