Supply Chain Specialist

As a Supply Chain Specialist, you coordinate the Commercial CRM forecast with the Demand Planning team and respond to changes in demand. You resolve discrepancies between demand and supply alongside the Service Delivery and Demand Planning teams for the required segments. You interact with the Segment SE teams to ensure equipment lists are accurate and work with the Senior Manager to improve supply chain processes. You organize inventory requirements in detailed reports and oversee the overall supply chain and logistics operations to maximize efficiency and productivity. You support the RMA process by performing post-return analysis and are responsible for meeting with vendors on RMA processes and improving established Service Level Agreements in collaboration with the VMP. You drive speed, efficiency, and resources to increase the Supply Chain team’s contribution to the company’s overall revenue and provide more reliable services for our customers.




  • Liaise with Commercial teams on forecast planning and aligns supply with the requested demand across the segments accurately, using available SAP ECC and MS-dynamics CRM systems.
  • Create Supply Chain Management performance management to increase efficiency and speed which will drive the delivery of these within the Supply Chain team.
  • Determine key Supply Chain KPI’s, maintain metrics and provide SCM performance dashboard reporting.
  • Conduct monthly capacity and performance analyses to ensure that forecasts and schedules are aligned and integrated
  • Collects data and then analyze to make improvements to the Supply Chain operation.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with internal departments such as, but not limited to: Sales, CSMs, Service Delivery, Customer Service Management and Vendor Management.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end process RMA process including monthly reporting.
  • Maintain, review and update process documentation on a regular basis; creating new documents as required improving SCM efficiency.
  • Prepare and submit weekly reports to management.
  • Manage the RMA process in collaboration with the CSM for the return of equipment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics management or related experience.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supply chain environment.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and Microsoft D365.
  • Understanding of Forecasting analysis to align supply with demand.
  • RMA experience, knowledge of purchase order and RMA processes.
  • Adherence to Support/Operations Best Practices.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to problem resolution.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.



  • Ability to travel internationally
  • Authorisation to work in Romania
