ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

As a Recruitment Coordinator at SES, you will be the operational backbone of the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring that every candidate and hiring manager experiences a seamless, professional, and engaging recruitment journey. We are looking for a skilled and proactive, Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in Bucharest on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
You will partner closely with Senior Recruiters and Talent Acquisition leadership to keep hiring processes running efficiently and at pace, while also contributing to sourcing activities as business needs require.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY RESULT AREAS
- Own end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple time zones, coordinating availability between candidates, hiring managers, and panel members with precision and a strong sense of urgency
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring timely communication and a consistently positive experience
- Manage Talent Acquisition administrative processes, including job posting, ATS data entry, and ongoing system maintenance
- Support Recruiters with proactive sourcing on defined roles using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools, particularly during high-volume hiring periods
- Coordinate logistics for recruitment events, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives, supporting the team’s presence in key talent markets
- Identify and flag process inefficiencies and suggest improvements that enhance the team’s operational effectiveness
- Support onboarding coordination in partnership with HR Operations to ensure a seamless transition from offer acceptance to employee start date
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or a Talent Acquisition operations role, ideally within a corporate in-house environment or a fast-paced technology or aerospace organisation
- Strong hands-on experience working with ATS platforms
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume interview scheduling across multiple time zones with accuracy and professionalism
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise competing demands effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills — a natural relationship builder who is comfortable engaging with both senior stakeholders and candidates
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to support sourcing activities and go beyond pure coordination when required by the team
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities and a lean team structure
PREFERRED / NICE TO HAVE
The following will be considered a significant plus:
- Prior experience working in a multinational or matrix organisation, ideally with exposure to international hiring markets
- Familiarity with recruitment marketing tools or employer branding platforms
- Experience supporting technical or engineering recruitment pipelines
