ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

This role supports the HR Operations team in delivering a seamless, customercentric experience to employees in Romania by ensuring highquality HR service delivery. It contributes to smooth employee lifecycle processes, particularly through effective onboarding coordination and clear, timely support on HR matters. It is wellsuited for someone eager to develop practical skills in HR operations within a dynamic, international environment.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY RESULT AREAS

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees on HR-related matters, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and consistently high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage a broad range of employee queries, from transactional requests to policy clarification and HR system troubleshooting (SAP, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow).
  • Support the HR Operations team with the onboarding process for Romania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, and US, including preparation of documentation, communication with new hires, firstday coordination, scheduling check-ins, and follow-up with relevant departments. You will also contribute to the continuous enhancement of the onboarding experience by:
    • Maintaining and improving SES’s onboarding documentation.
    • Supporting the structuring and organization of topics covered in the Onboarding Program.
    • Reviewing existing materials and collaborating with various stakeholders to update or develop onboarding content.
  • Assist with the new Document Management System project by organizing and maintaining employee files
  • Collaborate with other HR teams and provide support on various tasks and responsibilities as needed.
  • Take ownership of a dedicated HR project, to be defined in coordination with your manager.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management
  • Fluency in English and Romanian; additional languages such as French is considered an asset
  • Eligibility to work in Romania
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and practices
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Foundational knowledge of SharePoint management and the ServiceNow platform
