Role description summary

 

The main responsibility for the incumbent is to serve as main administrator of global applications for social security certificates of coverage for business travelers. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer oriented, structured and diligent professional with a positive can-do attitude and keen eye for details, to join an international company. 

Primary responsibilities / Key result areas

 

  • Serve as main administrator of global applications for social security certificates of coverage for business travelers. Tasks including, but not limited are:
    • Autonomously manage and process applications for social security certificates of coverage for global business travelers
    • Liaise with social security authorities worldwide
    • Act as single point of contact for employee requests and queries regarding certificate of coverages
    • Stay up to date on social security legislation, changes and developments
    • Follow up, tracking and renewal of applications and certificates
  • Support process design, implementation and continuous improvement analysis.

Qualifications & Experience

 

  • Secondary education required supplemented with secondary vocational education or equivalent proven experience level
  • A few years working experience within an international environment and experience of dealing with governmental bodies and business travel processes is an advantage
  • English is required for business needs and additional European language would be an advantage
  • Previous work experience with MS Office is a requirement and SAP Concur is desirable
