VIE - Junior Coordinator, Human Capital & Recruitment

You will support the Talent Acquisition and Management team in their daily tasks, focusing on the SES Global Internship Programme (over 130 interns every year). 
You will be responsible for building a pipeline of talents by ensuring the best hiring for all Betzdorf, The Hague, Singapore and Addis Ababa internship positions. Together with the Talent Acquisition and Management team, you will also help create strong relationships with Universities and support the organization of HR Events in full alignment with our Diversity and Inclusion Strategy.

Extended Job Description:



  • Monitor the SES Global Internship Programme
    • Collect the internship needs globally (Europe, Asia, Americas, Africa)
    • Manage the intern recruitments for Luxembourg, The Netherlands, France, Singa-pore, Ethiopia (and support other locations on a need basis): coordinate recruitment activities (posting, interviews, administrative process…), coordinate the interns’ onboarding (with Employee Services and Payroll), be their contact person through their stay and make sure they have the best experience possible, monitor the trainee performance with Managers.
    • Provide reporting & statistics
    • Manage requests for observational internships
  • Help build a pipeline of talents, be the Ambassador of the internship programme within the organization
  • Support the organization of career fairs, student events, etc.
  • Suggest recruitment process and best practice
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team on a need basis
  • Provide backup support during absences of colleagues
  • Various other HR Administration and project support tasks on a need basis

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field
  • 6 to 18 months previous HR experience 
  • Good understanding of HR principles and processes
  • Affinity with communication and networking tools
  • Computer literate: good Excel and PowerPoint knowledge
  • Fluency in spoken and written English, French is an asset
