Summer Job - Technical Equipment & Tools Inventory

ROLE DESCRIPTION

This is a 4 - 8 week summer job located at SES' HQ in Betzdorf. It involves supporting the Monitoring & Digital Systems Engineering team with locating technical equipment and tools and adding them to an inventory.

Your responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):

• Many GSE ordered equipment are delivered to the engineers office and while built into the stations the inventory bar code scanning is skipped occasionally. The task is 
• To work with the “system” owner for the priority and potential location 
• To work with Logistics for the inventory data 
• To identify the relevant equipment within the station 
• To scan the barcode of the identified equipment and the related room
• To review the inventory data base with regard to ownership, location and completeness
   

YOUR PROFILE

1. You must be

• 16+

• Highschool or BTS student

• Comfortable using Excel, HTML/web page and databases

• Be fluent in spoken and written English

• EU nationality or a valid work permit for Luxembourg.

2. It would be nice if you had

• French or German language skills
