Summer Job - Audio/Video Services Support Technician

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Up to two (2)-month summer job.

Audio/Video support in SES Events; Support installations of 60 Teams Native devices in Betzdorf conference rooms; digital signage Content cleanup, Various IT tasks, FM Backoffice Office supply handling, physical set-up of conference rooms; office databases updates; edit profiles in ATS (access control).

Extended Job Description:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support audio/video installation of event electronics in MPC
• Cabling Dome Cameras, Microphones, DMX Lights, A/V Mixing tables, 
• Prepare room for events 
• Support of physical conference room set up 
• Teams Native Logitech devices in Conference rooms 
• Handling of office supply requests  
• Clean up of ATS Database (Access control, User profiles) 
• Digital signage display platform: Edit and clean system, create content
• Identify, compare, and resolve data quality problems.
• Work with colleagues to correct data quality errors.

YOUR PROFILE

• Current student in Electronics, Technician, Information Technology or in a similar area
• Major interest in techniques of Teams conferences and devices, Audio/Video technology, various media platforms, Access control platforms
• Knowledge of computer literacy (MS office; Database handling); knowledge of MS Power BI and/or other data visualization software are considered a plus
• Fluency in English and Luxembourgish and/or french is important. 
• EU-citizens or work permit for Luxembourg
