Extended Job Description:

 

 

 

Primary Responsibilities/Key Result Areas:

  • Lead and manage customized integration projects with Satcom focus
  • Manage specific Satcom products and services deployments programs (e.g.: one-way, two-way, broadcast/broadband communication platforms and/or related infrastructures)
  • Collect operations and service requirements for the developments of product, feature, and tools and manage these activities within the team
  • In a matrix approach, coordinate participation and resources to product developments teams in cooperation with the relevant stakeholders
  • Manage transition into operations and services of new products, releases, and features
  • Manage for both internal and external customers at the program level within different specific projects by focusing on scope, schedule, resources, costs, and quality
  • Coordinate with other internal departments the successful realization and transitioning of Satcom systems into services and operations

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize and set priorities
  • Strategical thinking where the customer is in focus while at the same time the operational demands looked after
  • Proven experience in anticipating, managing, and mitigating risks

 

Preferred Education & Experience (a combination of education and experience will be considered):

  • A University degree in RF, Electronics, Microwave, Telecommunication or equivalent
  • 5-8 years of professional experience with at least 5 years of experience related to end-to-end project management, along with waterfall PM principles and AGILE methodologies
  • Experience in managing scope, recourses, time schedules, budgets, and implementing and delivering managed services

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or AGILE certification preferred
  • Proficient knowledge of MS office suite and MS projects
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of working time
