As a Material Clerk, you are part of a global Supply Chain team based in Betzdorf, Luxembourg and providing support to a wide variation of local and remote equipment requesters for accurate equipment deliveries to increase internal experience and satisfaction.

Extended Job Description:



Primary Responsibilities/Key Result Areas:

  • Collaborate with the material requesters at all SES locations globally.
  • Receive materials and properly tag all products received with the required information.
  • Inspects products for quality and quantity upon receipt.
  • Ensures all the required documentation is in order and signed
  • Properly input information into the inventory management system (SAP) related to received items
  • Ensure accuracy of inputted data,
  • Responsible for inventory movement in the SAP system.
  • Generate reports and provide supporting documentation when needed


Who We Are Looking For (More About You):

To achieve the outcomes described above, we believe you will have the following:



  • Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of management and employees across the organization
  • Comply with all standard operating procedures and requirements.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, analytical, customer service, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Cycle counting for inventory purposes as needed
  • Flexibility to occasionally deliver the received items within the campus.
  • Motivated, self-starter with the ability to prioritize workload in an efficient manner


Preferred Education & Experience (a combination of education and experience will be considered):

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position
  • Microsoft Office user knowledge level
  • SAP experience in Goods Receipt and Material creation
  • Fluently in English


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Car driving license
