ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The Sales Enablement & Learning and Development Manager designs and delivers programs that help sales teams and increasingly the broader organization build the capabilities, confidence, and tools needed to perform at their best. This role combines sales training, coaching, event coordination, and performance development with a growing remit across general learning and development, extending proven enablement practices beyond the sales function.
The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator with a growth mindset, strong facilitation skills, and practical experience applying Korn Ferry methodology to develop talent and capabilities across the organization.
The role also requires strong leadership, execution excellence, and project management capabilities to drive multiple strategic initiatives, align stakeholders, prioritize effectively, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY RESULT AREAS
- Design, deliver, and continuously improve sales onboarding, training, and enablement programs, while extending core L&D offerings (e.g., leadership development, professional skills, general onboarding) to other functions as the role grows.
- Facilitate engaging instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning sessions for sales professionals, sales leaders, and other employee audiences.
- Apply Korn Ferry methodologies and principles to support capability development, competency assessment, and career growth across sales and the wider organization.
- Partner with Sales Leadership, HR, Marketing, and subject-matter experts to identify capability gaps and develop targeted learning solutions.
- Provide individual and group coaching focused on selling skills, product knowledge, customer conversations, and performance improvement, with opportunity to extend coaching beyond sales as L&D responsibilities grow.
- Coordinate sales meetings, kick-offs, workshops, and other enablement or learning events, including agendas, logistics, speakers, materials, and follow-up.
- Create and maintain practical enablement and learning content, playbooks, learning materials, and communication plans for sales and other teams.
- Measure training effectiveness through participant feedback, knowledge assessments, adoption metrics, and business-performance indicators.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, accountability, collaboration, and growth across the sales organization and the company more broadly.
- Help shape and grow the organization’s overall learning and development strategy, positioning sales enablement as one pillar within a broader L&D function.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, Learning & Development, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
- 10+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, learning and development, commercial excellence, or related capability-building disciplines.
- Proven experience designing, delivering, and scaling learning, enablement, or capability-development programs, contributing to a broader L&D function or curriculum beyond sales.
- Demonstrated success coaching and developing sales professionals, leaders, and/or broader employee populations.
- Working knowledge of Korn Ferry methodologies, competencies, assessment tools, or comparable talent-development frameworks.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder programs from concept through implementation, leading teams, external partners, and/or matrixed project resources.
- Experience partnering with senior business leaders to shape capability, talent, and organizational development priorities.
- Familiarity with learning management systems, sales enablement technologies, and CRM platforms.
- Korn Ferry certification or formal training is desirable.
- Experience working in a global and geographically distributed environment.
- Fluency in additional languages is an advantage.
