Junior Specialist, Digital Marketing

The Junior Digital Marketing Specialist supports and contributes to the programmes and processes in the SES marketing automation tool under the supervision of the Head of Marketing & Communications Operations so that everyone can work more effectively and efficiently.

This role collaborates with the Digital Marketing Specialist on campaign management to design the  Centre of Excellence programmes including templates and automation rules to provide the best possible user experience and to maximise the number of quality leads for the sales funnel. There should be a focus to ensure that successful processes and programmes can be replicated. The incumbent will need to develop deep knowledge of the SES brand and legal considerations to reflect them  in the Marketing Automation Platform.


Extended Job Description:



  • Understands and utilises the full functionality and capabilities of the Marketing elements of the CRM and Marketo.
  • Engages with stakeholders globally to gather input for planning and development of Marketing processes and programmes. Liaise with the Digital Marketing Specialist to support the processes and programmes through approvals and implementation.
  • Understands digital trends, customer and prospect needs and the business strategy to ensure campaign are effective and efficient.
  • Collaborates with marketing managers to understand business needs.
  • Support the design of digital automation flows and operational programmes.
  • Analyses campaigns to ensure they are as effective as possible and suggests improvements for further optimisation of running and future campaigns.
  • Follows-up on operational work within Digital Marketing and supports projects as needed



  • Min 1 year experience in a B2B marketing environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or similar field
  • Understanding of core marketing activities including PR, Content Marketing, Advertising, Brand and Events.
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Good analytical skills
  • Good written and oral communications skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Working proficiency in MS Office product suite
  • Experience in working with a major CRM system 
  • High level of experience with marketing automation tools
