ROLE DESCRIPTION


Are you looking for a 6 month internship starting as soon as possible?

 

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the Technology Program Management Office team in a fast-paced, growing organization within a dynamic industry. Based in Betzdorf, Luxembourg, you will gain hands on experience in applying Project Management processes and tools to support the delivery of various technology initiatives.

 

During your experience, you will assist in technology teams with project coordination, as well as work with the Technology PMO team on various initiatives to apply standards, best practices, and tools to enable effective delivery.


Your responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):

  • Assist Technology Project teams in project coordination, and work with the Technology PMO team to apply PM standards, best practices, and tools to enable effective delivery;
  • Support TPMO reporting needs utilizing big data analytics skills and large volume database queries;
  • Improve and update TPMO reporting and assist in developing data-driven delivery insights;
  • Provide other ad-hoc support for various internal stakeholders.


YOUR PROFILE

1. You must have

  • Current student in Information Technology, Business or in a relevant area;
  • Fluency in spoken and written English;
  • EU-citizenship or valid work permit for Luxembourg.

 

2. It would be nice if you had

  • Very strong computer literacy (MS PowerPoint, Excel); knowledge of Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Planner/Project, Power BI or similar tool considered a big plus;
  • Additional languages considered an asset.
