Internship - HR - Diversity & Inclusion

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the Human Capital team, learn and support the Talent Management team in progressing how we retain, develop and leverage the full potential of our global employees. In this role will you play an active role on a few key Diversity, Equity & Inclusion projects the team will be working on.
Based in Betzdorf (Luxembourg), you will contribute to our Talent Management and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion practices which aim to support our employees in best using their talent, grow and develop in an inclusive environment. We are a small team and are looking for someone who is ready to jump in, get involved in various activities, and is curious to learn! 


Extended Job Description:



  • Support the Talent Management team in reviewing and adapting core HR processes such as Annual Performance Review or Succession Planning to changing work and business context.
  • Support Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives through drafting communications, engaging with employees, coordinating meetings and activities with various stakeholders, etc.
  • Research best practices on HR programs and technology trends, share learnings and recommendations with the team.
  • Build and maintain documentation, user guides, training materials and tools to support internal programs.



  • Current student in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or in a relevant area
  • Excellent computer literacy (MS PowerPoint, Excel, Access)
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in spoken and written English 
  • EU-citizens or work permit for Luxembourg
