Vendor Management and Procurement Intern
Luxembourg - Betzdorf
ROLE DESCRIPTION
9-month internship, starting in March or April
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the “Vendor Management, Procurement (VMP) and Supply Chain” team in a fast-paced, global organization within an innovative and unique industry. Based in Betzdorf, Luxembourg, you will contribute to the tasks described below.
Your Responsibilities
Collaborates with operational team members in responding to the requests raised in Vendor Management and Procurement (VMP) inbox or Service Now portal by internal or external stakeholders such as vendor creation and maintenance
Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process related within SAP, Fiori Supplier Lifecycle and performance (SLP), SAP business Network
Acting as administrator of the VMP knowledge base, creating knowledge articles and managing the content of existing ones
Helping to enhance vendor master data quality · Working on exciting projects related to S4 Hana, tool testing, and material master maintenance
Support P2P process improvement initiatives and help integrate AI to streamline tasks, to make our processes more efficient and innovative
Your Profile
Studying (Bachelor or Master) Supply-Chain, Purchasing, Economics, Engineering or Business School
Excellent analytical and judgment skills
Ability to set priorities and to work under tight deadlines
Computer literate (MS PowerPoint, Word, Advanced Excel), basic SAP/other ERP would be an asset
Work independently as well as in a team
Proactive, and problem-solving attitude
Easiness to adapt and communicate at all levels
Fluency in spoken and written English with additional languages (French and/or German) considered an asset
Understanding AI and its practical applications in Business
EU nationality or work permit for Luxembourg
