3 to 6-month internship, starting in February 2022

Within our ESG team (created in 2020), this internship is a great opportunity to contribute to our ESG program and enhance your practical skills to help you further your career.

 

Extended Job Description:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contribute to/Take ownership of an ongoing ESG project in your specialty with guidance and support from the SES ESG team and organization. 
    • The ESG team is currently working on many aspects of social and environmental impact of the SES organization.  
    • This internship can be focused in a variety of directions depending on the skills and background of the applicant
    • A project focus for an intern could be one of the following: community outreach and giving back projects, environmental reporting initiatives, supply chain ESG implementation, SDG alignment and target setting, GRI reporting .
  • You will have visibility and input into the wider ESG strategy framework, objectives and building out targets.
  • Liaise across the organization to support the delivery of new projects and ideas and drive SES to greater impact


YOUR PROFILE

  • Be a current student in Social Enterprise, Environmental Sustainability, International Business or any other relevant field
  • Understanding of CSR/ESG/Sustainability principles and trends (UN Sustainable Development Goals, Stakeholder capitalism, Net Zero/Science-based targets etc.)
  • Computer literate in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word and internal CRM system;
  • Proactive approach, can-do mentality, a leader of projects
  • Acumen for details with sharp analytical and financial skill;
  • Easy to communicate with at all levels;
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Able to work in Luxembourg or in the USA
