Internship - Project Management and Security Office Processes Improvements

6-month internship, starting in January 2022.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the Configuration and Document Management and Security Office team as well as the Project Management team in a fast-paced, growing organization within a dynamic industry.
Based in Betzdorf (Luxembourg), you will contribute to improving the existing guidelines and templates and promote best practices of project/program management as well as document management. The incumbent will collaborate with teams responsible for configuration and document management, quality assurance, project management and the security officer.


Extended Job Description:


  • Gather the needs from the various internal stakeholders: PMO, C&D Mgt, QA/PA, Security Office
  • Actively support and promote configuration & document management best practices.
  • Actively support and promote ISO standards of storing documentation.
  • Actively support and promote Security Office processes and standards.
  • Actively support, promote and contribute to the documentation of SES Techcom project/program management best practices (e.g. Project Management Handbook).
  • Actively seek out, analyze and pursue synergies across Techcom projects and programs, such as sharing of assets and resources, convergence towards common standards and technologies.
  • Analyze Project Management Methodologies (ex: SCRUM, PRINCE2, PMP, etc) and its adoption in particular cases.
  • Review the existing templates, documentation and guidelines and adapt them to the « protected » and « classified » projects.
  • Prepare new procedures and guidelines and enhance the existing ones.
  • Provide improvement suggestions.



  • Current student in Documentation Management, Information Management, Business Administration or in a relevant area
  • Interest in the global technology, media, and telecom business
  • Strong computer literacy in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word
  • Fluency in spoken and written English with additional languages considered an asset
  • EU-citizens or work permit for Luxembourg
