Internship - PowerApps Developer - Artificial Intelligence

ROLE DESCRIPTION
Are you looking for a 6-month internship in IT starting in January 2024 ?

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the Commercial Services team in a fast-paced, global organization within an innovative and unique industry. 
Based in Betzdorf (Luxembourg), you will contribute to the implementation of new features and integrations in the new CRM System of SES.

In this team, you will be in charge of (non-exhaustive list):

• Power Apps Development;
• Proof of concept and development of D365 Customer Insights using PowerApps;
• Working closely with the CX teams to define the surveys and customer interactions;
• Artificial intelligence – Chat Bot;
• Maintenance and Support the Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment process of MS Dynamics 365 CRM;
• Process enforcement/validations/automation using Power Apps integrated with Azure DevOps.

YOUR PROFILE

1. You must have

• Current and advanced Bachelor/ Master’s student in IT/Software Engineering or in a relevant technical area;
• Experience with PowerApps and/or and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM;
• Computer literate (MS PowerPoint, Excel, Access);
• Fluency in spoken and written English;
• Able to work in Luxembourg (EU nationality or current valid work permit for Luxembourg).

2. It would be nice if you had

• Excellent analytical and judgment skills;
• Strong interest in the media/telecommunication business and technical interest in satellites;
• Easiness to communicate at all levels;
• Additional languages considered an asset.
