This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the Facility Management Team in a fast-paced, growing organization within a dynamic industry.
Based in Betzdorf, Luxembourg, you will contribute to the review of the inventory of workplaces according to local Occupation Health and Safety (OHS) regulations.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform the status review of the OHS inventory:
- Collect the latest declarations done per every SES entity in the Group
- List down the OHS risks declared in the latest inventory sent to the ministry
- Together with the Safety Officer prepare the OHS survey for Betzdorf People Managers. The scope of the Survey is to:
- Identify the recurring risks present on site
- Receive feedback from the leadership team about Occupational Health and Safety
- Consolidate the data from the OHS Survey:
- Draft a first general risk assessment for the SES Group in Betzdorf
- Suggest remedies to mitigate the risk: e.g. trainings, PPEs etc.
- In the context of the formal submission process to the ministry:
- Prepare/Fill in Declaration to the Labor Doctor
- Review the OHS analysis with the Doctor and update it if necessary
- Prepare the final submission to the ministry
YOUR PROFILE
- Current student in a Master of Occupational Health and Safety
- Strong interest in OHS system management (e.g. ISO45001) and Luxembourg health and safety legislation (e.g. Labor Code, ITM prescriptions, AAA recommendations)
- Strong computer literacy (MS PowerPoint, Excel, Access
- Fluency in spoken and written English and French are a must. German considered an asset
- EU-citizens or work permit for Luxembourg
