Internship - O3b mPOWER Marketing

Based in Betzdorf - Luxembourg, you will join our Growth Marketing team and contribute to our commercial goals, whilst enhancing your marketing and communication skills to help you further your career.


Extended Job Description:


The Marketing intern supports the roll-out of O3b mPOWER global campaigns driven by the Marketing Manager. 

  • Development of campaign creatives; emails, landing pages, video, …
  • Campaign execution in Marketo; awareness and segment nurturing flows
  • Reporting; regular updates of campaign performances dashboard
  • Communications and campaigns initiatives around the satellite launch
  • Management of, internal and external, content & communication platforms; sales toolkit, content catalogue, ses.com, O3b mPOWER site, Teams, …
  • Foster the use of marketing material and sales ready assets by sales
  • Leverage campaign assets and outcomes with regional marketing teams
  • Coordinate with Marketing OPS teams for campaign implementation in Marketo and content updates for the ses.com, O3b mPOWER websites and internal sharing platforms
  • Coordinate with external agencies to deliver industry-leading creative concepts that drive awareness marketing across paid media, social channels, and digital. 
  • Report and analysis of metrics, including digital, social, media/advertising, website, and field data to adjust campaigns and determine the most successful opportunities and ROI  
  • Coordinate with the Communications Teams in the preparation, execution, and amplification of news, press releases, social media, scripts and PR activities 



  • Being a current and advanced student in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or equivalent
  • Experience of marketing planning, campaign design, budgeting and implementation – can demonstrate strong project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, working knowledge of Spanish, Portuguese, and/or French languages considered an advantage
  • Proven ability to work successfully and collegially in a multi-cultural environment
  • Demonstrate the ability to work across functional boundaries to maximize business objectives
  • Demonstrates results and the ability and attitude to get a job done
  • Strong coordination skills, persistence, networking, creative problem solving and self-motivation 
  • Experience in B2B marketing in the technology or telecoms sector considered an advantage
  • EU-citizen or work permit for Luxembourg
