6-month internship, starting as soon as possible
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of Digital Workplace Experience team (DiWo) in a fast-paced, growing organization within a dynamic industry.
Based in Betzdorf (Luxembourg), you will contribute to empowering SES users by assisting the migration from legacy device management systems to the modern cloud-based Microsoft equivalent solution.
Extended Job Description:
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work together with the Digital Workplace Experience team in analyzing, reporting and troubleshooting requests related to the migration from legacy systems to Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Microsoft Intune)
- Act as second level support for Incident management, Local Service Desk representing first level of support
- Improve and update internal knowledge base articles and user-facing documentation
- Provide other ad-hoc support for various internal stakeholders related to MS Endpoint Manager (MS Intune)
- Analyze incidents related to Endpoint Management, find patterns and identify possibilities to reduce tickets by changing procedures, updating documentation and providing additional documentation or training to relevant parties
YOUR PROFILE
- Current student in Information Technology or in a relevant area
- Strong interest in the global technology, media, and telecom business and satellite communications in particular
- Very strong computer literacy (Office 365, Windows 10, iOS, Android Enterprise, MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel); knowledge of SNOW (ServiceNow ticketing system) is considered an advantage
- Fluency in spoken and written English with additional languages considered an asset
- EU-citizens or work permit for Luxembourg
