ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
6-month internship, starting as soon as possible. 
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the Human Capital team in a fast-paced, global organization within an innovative and unique industry. Based in Betzdorf (Luxembourg), you will support the SVP Human Capital and her team.

 

Extended Job Description:

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Active support of the HC Business Partners regarding all topics of operational Human Capital management
  • Abilities to drive own topics in Human Capital management and administration as well as the presentation of results
  • Support of international projects
  • Support on onboarding process
  • Check-in meetings with employees and Business Partners 
  • Collaboration in the further development and documentation of existing personnel processes
  • Provide support to HC staff with various processes and keep processes calendar updated
  • Support the implementation of a Document Management System 

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Being a current and advanced student in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or any relevant area
  • First experience focused on general Human Capital topics in a business context is a plus
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and practices
  • Ability to set priorities and work under tight deadlines
  • High level of accuracy and attention to details
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters and maintain confidentiality 
  • Computer literate (MS PowerPoint, Excel,)
  • Easiness to communicate at all levels
  • Fluency in spoken and written English with additional languages considered an asset
  • EU-nationality or work permit for Luxembourg
