3/6-month internship, starting in April 2021
This is a very exciting opportunity to become a member of the Human Capital team in a fast-paced, global organization within an innovative industry. We do the extraordinary in space to deliver amazing experiences everywhere on Earth. Your contribution will help to shape our future by working on a global project regarding the workforce and workplace of the future after the pandemic. You will ensure the smooth running of the project and report directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer.


Extended Job Description:



Based upon the general assessment that the future of the workforce will become hybrid, your responsibilities are listed below, but will not be limited to:

  • Undertake extensive research and make a detailed analysis on the workforce and workplace of tomorrow, in terms of culture, talent acquisition, leadership, decision making, etc;
  • Draft proposals and recommendations regarding ways in which SES can optimize all types of resources, both physical and human, and remain an employer of choice;
  • Hold internal interviews to understand the expectations from a business perspective while considering individual aspirations;
  • Review current Best Practices and market trends on this topic.



  • Current Master student in Human Resources, Business Administration or Social sciences;
  • Strong interest in Human Resources;
  • Excellent project management skills;
  • Interest in the media/telecommunication business; 
  • Excellent analytical skills; 
  • Easy to communicate with at all levels;
  • Computer literate in MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word;
  • Fluency in spoken and written English with additional languages considered an asset;
  • EU-nationality or work permit for Luxembourg, The Netherlands or Germany.
