Internship - Human Capital People Analytics

ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
6 months internship, starting as soon as possible 
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the Human Capital People Analytics team in a fast-paced, global organization within an innovative and unique industry. Based in Betzdorf (Luxembourg), you will support the team on Human Capital related reporting as well as on the monthly staff costs reviews. 

 

Extended Job Description:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contribute to the preparation of reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends from multiple sources on key Human Capital metrics (Headcount, recruitment, turnover, staff costs, external workforce...);
  • Maintain HR data tools, reporting, and dashboards;
  • Contribute to maintaining and continuously enhancing data quality on both Human Capital inputs and staff costs bookings;
  • Develop key metrics and automatize reporting to facilitate the staff costs reviews;
  • Define clear processes and guidelines for monthly reviews;
  • Assist in the preparation of staff costs budgets and forecasts;
  • Support day-to-day activities involving data analysis.

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Being a current Bachelor or Master’s student Accounting, Business Administration or Finance; 
  • First experience focused on using data in a business context is a plus;
  • Excellent analytical skills;
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters and maintain confidentiality; 
  • Computer literate (MS PowerPoint, Excel, Access);
  • Work independently as well as in a team;
  • Fluency in spoken and written English with additional languages considered an asset;
  • EU nationality or work permit for Luxembourg.
