Internship - HR Project Manager / Data Analyst

ROLE DESCRIPTION

 

Are you looking for a 6 month internship starting as soon as possible?

 

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the People and Culture (HR) team in a fast-paced organization within a dynamic and innovative industry. Based in Betzdorf, Luxembourg, you will contribute to follow up on our strategic targets and key processes, to ensure the achievement of People and Culture agenda. You will have the opportunity to join a diverse team in a great working environment, and to interact daily with senior leaders.

 

Your responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):

  •  Provide support to Talents Leaders in the achievement of the People and Culture agenda:    
    • Define an effective way to communicate and follow up on People & Culture objectives assigned to each Market Vertical (i.e. business area);
    • Create presentation material that can be presented to Market Vertical Leadership teams and other audience groups (All Hands, Management team meetings or for regional Works councils / Personnel Delegations);
    • Support in deploying the strategic P&C processes, simplification initiatives and organisational changes;
    • Analyse information and data insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Project coordination support, to achieve the following:
    • Structure actions and tasks;
    • Build project timelines for management updates;
    • Prepare meeting agendas for team updates;
    • Ad-hoc project support on-demand, for specific initiatives.

 

YOUR PROFILE

1. You must have

  • Current enrolled student in final year Bachelors  or Masters in Economics and Business Administration, Human Resources, or any other related field;
  • Strong interest in consulting, project management, data analytics and HR operations;
  • Computer literacy, specifically Excel, other tools such as SharePoint, PBI, PPT are considered an asset;
  • Fluency in English, other langauges are considered an asset;
  • Able to work in Luxembourg (EU citizenship or valid work permit for Luxembourg).

 

2. It would be nice if you had

  • Enthusiasm, open mindedness and flexibility;
  • Proactovity and result orientation;
  • Interest to develop knowledge of HR processes.
