This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the Legal team in a fast-paced, global organization within a technological and unique industry. Based in Betzdorf (Luxembourg), you will contribute to providing legal/contracting support to commercial teams in our Governmental & Institutional business.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Shadow and assist the legal team in the preparation of various commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with applicable national and international laws and regulations;
- Observe contract follow-up and administration; keep contact with business partners concerning contract execution;
- Provide advice and suggestions and appropriate actions in areas involving actual and potential litigation for the company;
- Assist the team in various approval processes and corporate governance tasks;
- Assist the team in driving the continuous improvement in performance by applying new tools;
- Conduct research and draft memoranda in various legal fields;
- Provide assistance to the company’s affiliates and subsidiaries on legal aspects as requested;
- Provide various legal support and advice to the legal team;
- Identify and solve concrete/complex problems that arise in the shaping, application or enforcement of international and national norms governing cross-border commercial activity.
YOUR PROFILE
- Being a current Master’s student in law;
- Strong interest in the telecommunication business and technical interest in satellites;
- Excellent analytical and judgment skills;
- Ability to set priorities and to work under tight deadlines;
- Computer literate (MS Office suite and MS Dynamics365);
- Work independently as well as in a team;
- Acumen for details;
- Fast learner;
- Easiness to communicate at all levels;
- Fluency in spoken and written English with additional languages considered an asset;
- EU nationality or work permit for Luxembourg.
