Internship - Global Programmes and Events 1

CONTEXT

 

Along with the Global Programmes and Events Team you will be involved in every step of the preparation and production of two of the most important yearly events organized by the team: Sales Kick Off, Mobile World Congress and IBC. 

Based in Betzdorf (Luxembourg), this internship will allow you to put into practice your organisation and virtual event production skills.

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • General support to Global Programmes and Events Team and to the rest of the growth marketing team in terms of live events.
  • Support the development of the digital marketing campaigns: creatives; emails, landing page, social media plan…
  • SES Delegates management: act as the main point of contact for SES delegate / manage hotel block booking / manage delegate show registrations / update of staff attendance schedule and contact list / meeting room booking management before and during the show / produce event booklet for delegates
  • Keep track and provide regular updates of campaign performances and dashboard.
  • Extract post-event analytics and create reports.
  • Support lead identification and follow-up with lead management team.
  • Manage direct contacts with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with the Internal and External Communications Teams in the preparation, execution, and amplification of news and social media activities.

 

YOUR PROFILE

 

  • Fluency in spoken and written English (any other language is a plus: Spanish, French, German, Luxembourgish, Portuguese…) 
  • Current Bachelor / Master’s student in Marketing, Business, Communication and/or in a relevant technical area (Digital Marketing, Web Management…)
  • Excellent IT knowledge: Microsoft Office (MS PowerPoint, Excel, Access), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator)
  • Positive, proactive, dynamic, can-do attitude with the ability to work autonomously as well as in a team.
  • Strong communication and inter-personal skills: ready to work in a challenging international environment.
  • Good organization and time management skills: ability to set priorities and work under tight deadlines.
  • EU-nationality or work permit for Luxembourg
