ROLE DESCRIPTION

 

Our Digital Workplace Experience team is looking for a highly motivated and eager-to-learn intern who supports us in all aspects of our delivery. You’ll play an important role supporting us by taking on coordination responsibilities, driving the adoption of an agile delivery process, supporting the creation of technical as well as user-friendly documentation, and eventually learning basic administrative tasks on Microsoft 365. This internship is a great opportunity for you to gain valuable experience and exposure to the exciting field of digitalization. You will also benefit from the mentorship and guidance of our experienced professionals, who will help you grow your skills and career. As a Digital Workplace Experience intern, you will be responsible to:

  • Help to review the team’s processes, identify opportunities for improvements, and drive their implementation
  • Support the team in coordinating smaller project activities across IT departments
  • Drive the adoption of a scrum-based delivery process within the team and eventually become a  Scrum Master
  • Learn more about the Microsoft 365 applications and support their administration
  • Assist in creating high-quality documentation, guides, manuals, and tutorials. 
  • Collaborate with other interns and team members to share ideas, feedback, and insights 

 

YOUR PROFILE

  1. MUST HAVE
  • Current student in Computer Science, Information Technology or in a relevant area 
  • Very strong computer literacy (MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word) 
  • Fluency in spoken and written English 
  • Able to work in Luxembourg (EU-citizenship or valid work permit for Luxembourg)
  • A willingness to learn new skills and technologies, and to take on challenges 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment  
  1. NICE TO HAVE
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in information computer engineering, information systems or a related field 
  • Knowledge of IT, especially experienced with Microsoft 365, Azure, MS Power Automate, Azure DevOps, SharePoint and Wiki content management 
  • A strong passion and flair for innovation and analysing technological trends 
  • Some experience or familiarity with modern workplace in Microsoft (e.g. Copilot, virtual collaboration spaces)
