Internship - Commercial Account Management Media

ROLE DESCRIPTION

Are you looking for a 6-month internship in Business starting in January 2024 ?

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the Commercial Account Management team in a fast-paced, growing organization within a dynamic industry.
Based in Betzdorf, Luxembourg, you will contribute to coordination in the sales process for all sales related activities, i.e. from lead to order. This position functions as the gatekeeper for all information and workflows surrounding the customer relationship and contractual data. In particular, you will support analyzing and validating the contractual and customer account data. 

In this context, your responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):

• Validate the commercial customer contracts and report on key factors of the analyzed data; 
• Update the accounts and customer contacts database in cooperation with Sales Managers and Commercial Account Managers (CAM);
• Spot and report the duplicates in the D365 CRM customer and contact database; act on deduplicating or archiving such entries under the guidance of Commercial Data and BI Manager;
• Analyze the consumption products in all signed contracts for correct mapping;
• Identify and list the split contracts containing capacity and services signed under a specific SES Entity;
• Assess the auto-renewals and indexed contracts. Under the CAM supervision, update the D365 CRM database accordingly;
• Provide other ad-hoc support to various internal stakeholders of the broader Finance and Commercial Management Media department.

YOUR PROFILE
1.You must have

• Current student in Business, Finance/Economics, or in a relevant area;
• Very strong computer literacy (MS PowerPoint, Excel, Access); 
• Ability to organize and prioritize, attention to detail; 
• Fluency in spoken and written English and German;
• Able to work in Luxembourg (EU-citizenship or current valid work permit for Luxembourg).

2. It would be nice if you had

• Knowledge of MS Power BI and/or other data visualization software considered a big plus;
• Strong interest in the global technology, media, and telecom business and satellite communications in particular;
• Additional languages considered an asset.
