Internship - Business Process Analyst

ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

 

6-month internship, starting in February 2022

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the Business Process Management (BPM) team in a fast-paced organization within a technological and dynamic industry.
Based in Betzdorf (Luxembourg) or The Hague (Netherlands), you will contribute to creating and maintaining a healthy process collaboration environment across the organization. You will ensure process documentation is aligned with the corporate framework while contributing to the improvement of internal tools and operations.

 

Extended Job Description:

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work together with the BPM team on maintaining and improving the business process repository and other internal tools
  • Assist in developing documentation related to process optimization projects
  • Collaborate with the team and internal stakeholders to create documentation such as SIPOC, process diagrams and RACI matrix
  • Provide other ad-hoc support for various internal stakeholders across the organization

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Current student in Business, Telecom, Information Technology or in a relevant area
  • Good communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization
  • Solution-oriented with an analytical profile and problem resolution capabilities
  • Strong interest in business improvement methodologies and frameworks
  • Very strong computer literacy (MS PowerPoint, Excel, Access); knowledge of MS Power BI and/or other data visualization software considered a big plus
  • EU-citizens or work permit for Luxembourg
