Internship - Automated Validation of Best-Practices in Azure DevOps

6-month internship, starting as soon as possible
Based in Betzdorf (Luxembourg), you will contribute to the definition and application of SES-TechCom software best practices, particularly in the areas of continuous development & integration.
Under the guidance of our software systems architect, you will automate the measurement of a software's compliance to SES-TechCom best practices in various areas and platforms, such as Continuous Deployment & Integration (CD/CI) on Azure DevOps (ADO).

Extended Job Description:



Design and develop software solutions that allow automating the measurement of a software's compliance to SES-TechCom best practices. Automation examples include: 

  • Reporting of unit test and functional test coverage with percentage and recommended areas of improvement
  • Compliance of SES-TechCom projects to source-code versioning and artefact release practices
  • Validation of Azure DevOps terraforming, pipeline and artifact integrity
  • Management of Azure Container Registry and Instances (ACR/ACI)
  • Monitoring and control of Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps project costs
  • Verify Domain Modeling integrity and Clean Code quality
  • External dependencies and library management
  • Reporting of adopted tools, technologies and libraries, identifying functional overlaps, licensing model, available upgrades, and more



  • Being a current Bachelor or Master’s student in ICT or in a relevant technical area;
  • Strong interest in software development best-practices and continuous development & integration technologies
  • Sound knowledge of DevOps and Cloud principles and technologies
  • Working knowledge of Linux, Java and C++
  • Fluency in spoken and written English with additional languages considered an asset.
  • EU nationality or work permit for Luxembourg
