ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Internship start date : 1st, October 2026   -   
Internship Duration : 6 months

Along with the Global Programmes and Events Team you will be involved in every step of the preparation and production of three of the most important yearly events organized by the event team: IBC 2026, Sales Kick Off 2027 and Mobile World Congress 2027

Based in Betzdorf (Luxembourg), this internship will allow you to put into practice your organisation and virtual event production skills.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY RESULT AREAS

  • General support to Global Programmes and Events Team and to the rest of the growth marketing team in terms of live events.
  • SES Delegates management: act as the main point of contact for SES delegates / manage hotel block booking / manage delegate show registrations / update of staff attendance schedule and contact list / meeting room booking management before and during the show.
  • Extract post-event analytics and create reports.
  • Support lead identification and follow-up with lead management team.
  • Manage direct contacts with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with the Internal and External Communications Teams in the preparation, execution, and amplification of news and social media activities.
  • Support the development of the digital marketing campaigns: creatives; emails, landing page, social media plan, event registration…
  • Keep track and provide regular updates of campaign performances and dashboard.

COMPETENCIES

  • Strong communication and inter-personal skills: ready to work in a challenging international environment.
  • Good organization and time management skills: ability to set priorities and work under tight deadlines. Excellent attention to details.
  • Positive, proactive, dynamic, can-do attitude with the ability to be responsible, to work autonomously and as well as in a team.
  • Previous experience in event or delegate management would be a plus.
  • EU-nationality or work permit for Luxembourg

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Current Bachelor / Master’s student in Marketing, Business, Communication and/or in a relevant technical area (Digital Marketing, Web Management, Graphic Design…)
  • Fluency in spoken and written English (any other language is a plus: Spanish, French, German, Luxembourgish, Portuguese…) 
  • Excellent IT knowledge: Microsoft Office (MS PowerPoint, Excel, Access), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator)
