Intern, Global Government Product Management
ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Global Government Product Management team is looking for a data-curious, detail-oriented intern to help us transition to data-driven organisation. You won’t just be crunching numbers; you will be the architect of our product insights, helping us define what success looks like and ensuring we have the automated tools to measure it.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY RESULT AREAS
- KPI Definition: Collaborate with Product Manager to identify KPIs that drive product growth.
- Data Orchestration: Map out where our data lives, identify gaps in collection, and ensure our data is organized and actionable.
- Reporting Strategy: Design the blueprint for our internal product dashboards. You’ll decide how information is visualized to make it easy for stakeholders to understand.
- BI Collaboration: Act as the bridge between Product and the PowerBI team, translating business requirements into technical specs for automated reports.
- Insight Generation: Monitor performance trends and identify opportunities for product improvements.
COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS
- You can speak "Business" to PMs and "Data" to Engineers/BI analysts
- You’re comfortable with Excel and PowerBi
- Since this role involves building processes from scratch, you’re comfortable with ambiguity and have a "let’s figure it out" attitude
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
OTHER KEY REQUIREMENTS / COMMENTS
- Luxembourg-based and willingness to work 60% from the office
