Global Services is a division within SES which focuses on enabling customers, and providing managed-services-led solutions, bringing world class satellite business Operations, to deliver a competitive value focus around products & solutions for both, Video and Network global customers.



  • The Global Services Associates Programme is intended to attract high potential candidates with good technical knowledge as well as strong interest for Services and Operations and the desire to develop competencies in Global Services area;
  • The 18-month Programme starts in August 2022 and is split into three 6-month rotational assignments in Global Services departments such as Operations Centers, Customer Services, Global Program Office, Vendor management and Supply Chain;
  • We are looking for 2 Associates in Manassas (US), 2 in Betzdorf (LU) and 1 in The Hague (NL). Each track consists of three 6-month rotations across different areas of Global Services in one of our main offices to provide you with a broad understanding of our business and enable your fast track to success within SES;
  • Rotations are selected as much as possible in alignment with your individual background and interest as well as the business needs.

The primary goal of the Program is to promote you into a permanent position within SES at the end of the programme.



  • Preference for candidates with a bachelor or a master’s degree or equivalent, and possibly internship or first work experience in a relevant business context
  • Entrepreneurship mindset

  • Passion for Operations and/or Customer Services
  • Problem resolution skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills in English 
  • Flexibility, possibility to travel for development purposes
