Analyst, People Analytics

ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an Analyst to join our People & Culture (P&C) team in our Luxembourg headquarters. In this role, you will dive deeply into into the production, analysis and development of HR metrics. You will contribute to annual reporting on a group level, but also internally for various P&C areas.

You will be responsible for (this is not an exhaustive list):

  • Prepare and build reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data and trends from multiple sources on key P&C metrics (headcount, staff costs, recruitment, turnover, attrition, promotion velocity, contractors etc)
  • Summarize findings in a clear and concise manner, building a thorough story to provide meaningful insights for better decision making across all levels of the organization
  • Automate data and analytics solutions, and build dashboards to provide meaningful insights to the business
  • Apply expertise in quantitative analysis and presentation of data; ability to see beyond the numbers and help inform, influence, support and execute business decisions
  • Translate and analyse large data sets to distil insights from data and create easy to understand reporting solutions
  • In cooperation with Finance, drive workforce / staff cost reporting and planning processes

 

YOUR PROFILE: 

1. Must have:

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Finance
  • 2 to 5 years of work experience focused on using data insights in a business context
  • In-depth understanding of statistical analytics techniques
  • Computer proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint

  • Fluency in English

 

2. Nice to have:

  • Experience with HRIS systems
  • Experience with data management and data visualization principles 
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to get tasks done

  • Solid analytical skills with strong attention to details
